  • Gather your favorite women to rest together. Offering can include 30-60 minutes of yoga nidra, music, gentle or active yoga, journal prompts, rest circle reflection time, tea, snacks, candlelight and more. Together we will design a “sleep under” party that your group would enjoy most!

Rest offering can include 30-60 minutes of yoga nidra, music, gentle or active yoga, journal prompts, rest circle reflection time, tea, snacks, candlelight and more. Let's start designing!
  • "It was fantastic. I had integrated rest into my life a few months back, but these days were very meaningful and felt like the practice was deeper and more intentional. Ali is my inspiration to rest. I love the fact that she was able to share this practice virtually, and how much she cared about all of us resting and connecting during this practice. I can't wait for the next opportunity to rest together!"

Mary, reflections on Rest with Ali offering

  • "Ali is a wonderful facilitator for helping exhausted people come back to their bodies, connect with a deeper part of themselves, and to rest! I'm truly grateful for the experience of the rest circle and hope to participate in future ones again soon."

Carol, reflecting on Rest with Ali offering

  • "It was the most wonderful afternoon. It’s like a time warp, I have zero concept of time when I’m in it. That never happens to me, even in yoga classes I’m thinking about time. So magical!!!!"

Still have questions? Here are some FAQs!

I'm ready to learn more!
  • Location is determined by you. If you want Ali to rent a space for you, that may be possible at an additional fee.

  • We can design your rest event to be in person or online!

  • Price is unique to each event. In most cases there will either be a one time fee set or a charge per participant.

  • Yoga nidra is our primary practice. Yoga nidra is available to all levels of mobility because the student simply sits or lays down. There is no bending or stretching in yoga nidra! The other aspects of your event can be designed with your group mobility needs in mind.

  • Yoga nidra is a guided sleep-based meditation that leads us into a deep state of consciousness.
    It is yogic sleep.
    It is a delicious nap.
It is laying down and waking up to access to your intuition and wisdom.
It is radical resistance to hustle culture.
It is the art of doing nothing.
