Ten Day Rest Practice for Women (virtual & self led)

Rest is a practice. Let’s rest together and set the tone for a summer that balances rest with play, adventure & any other goals you have. Embarking on 10 days of rest can change your life in big and small ways. During these 10 days we will begin or deepen your regular yoga nidra practice.

This experience will include:

  • Live yoga nidra on zoom 6/8 7:30-8 pm EST

  • Live rest coaching circle on zoom 6/13 12-12:45 pm EST*

  • Live rest circle on zoom 6/17 7:30-8:45 PM EST*

  • Yoga nidra recording to practice during the 10 days and after

  • Worksheets and additional support tools

*sessions will be recorded and available to participants for 30 days
