Leading up to summer, the end of spring can feel like a sprint. Often as packed as the winter holidays, May has often been coined as Maycember. We might feel like we have little control over our time. We might wonder “where is there space for me in this season?”. Rest can recenter our lives.
This offering is an invitation to choose rest instead of rushing.
This series & sessions is an opportunity to ADD rest even when we feel like we don’t have time to stop. Resting during this busy season of life gives back more than it takes away.
When we rest, we can ease into summer with intention, clarity & playfulness. We can look forward to designing a summer we look forward to. With space for us!
