Gather with women in a safe, relaxing environment to rest, reflect and build community as we prepare for spring. We will begin to harvest the seeds that were planted in the autumn & winter, now they are ready to bloom. Yoga nidra will be our primary rest practice.
Yoga nidra is a guided sleep based meditation. No bending or stretching involved. When we rest, we wake up tuned into our intuitive wisdom and power. When we are rested we can be effect change makers and caregivers in our communities and world.
The world needs rested women, now more than ever.
No rest experience is required. Rest is for everyone, especially those of us who are feeling exhausted.
