Summer can feel like a race if we aren’t intentional about slowing down. If we rush too quickly we can miss out on the magic this season has to offer us. Rest can remind us how to sleep, how to play, how to explore & how to be present in our lives.
This series will be a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. Each session students will be guided through a transformative yoga nidra, time for reflection and the opportunity to gather in circle. Rest circles create a unique environment where students can be heard and witness exactly as they are.
