Fall Back to Rest

As we set the clocks back on Sunday 11.2.25, we gain an extra hour of our day. If you have been craving a chance to slow down the pace of time and create more space for yourself, let’s “fall back” to rest on 11.2.25.

Registration $15 per household - roommates, partners & kids are welcome to join. Let yoga nidra ease the transition as the sun sets earlier.

What is yoga nidra? Yoga nidra is a sleep based guided meditation. No bending or stretching. You just need a quiet(ish) place to sit or lay down. Make it extra juicy by adding a cozy blanket & socks, noise cancelling headphones and an eye mask. I find my bed is always ready to support me!

If you are in grief, suffering and heartbreak, yoga nidra can hold the heaviness for a little while.
